ApsaraDB for OceanBase:View and download a compatibility assessment report

This topic describes how to view and download a compatibility assessment report.

Limits

You can view and download the assessment reports of only compatibility assessment tasks in the Completed state.

View an assessment report

  1. Log on to the ApsaraDB for OceanBase console.

  2. In the left-side navigation pane, choose Migration Assessment > Compatibility Assessment.

  3. On the Assessment Tasks page, click View Report in the Actions column of the assessment task whose report you want to view.

    You can view the assessment details on the tabs of different assessment types.

    • Object Assessment: displays the compatibility information of different types of objects, as well as the incompatibilities and optimization suggestions. To view specific DDL statements, click the name of the corresponding schema and view DDL statements of all the objects under this schema.

    • SQL Assessment: displays all collected SQL statements and their compatibility information. The SQL statements are aggregated based on the SQL IDs. The assessment report will show the incompatibilities if any. You can view the details in the incompatibility list.

    • Database Profile: displays the basic information of the source database, such as the basic load information, proportion of tablespace to disk space, table growth rate, whether tables use indexes, and whether tables have no visits. In addition, OceanBase Migration Assessment (OMA) analyzes all SQL statements and displays the slow SQL statements, complex SQL statements, and corresponding optimization suggestions.

Download an assessment report

  1. Log on to the ApsaraDB for OceanBase console.

  2. In the left-side navigation pane, choose Migration Assessment > Compatibility Assessment.

  3. On the Assessment Tasks page, click Download Report in the Actions column of the assessment task whose report you want to download.

    You can also click Download All Reports in the upper-right corner of the page to download all reports, or select multiple assessment tasks and click Batch Download Reports in the lower part of the page to download the reports of the selected tasks.

  4. In the Export PDF File dialog box, click the link to download the assessment reports.

    To download a single assessment report, click the link to open the report in PDF format, and click the download icon in the upper-right corner to save the report in a desired directory.

    To download multiple assessment reports at a time, directly click the link.
