Get a DingTalk chatbot webhook URL - Application Real-Time Monitoring Service

To configure a DingTalk chatbot, you need the webhook URL of a custom robot in your DingTalk group. This topic describes how to obtain the URL.

Prerequisites

You have created a DingTalk group to receive alert notifications.

Follow these steps to add a custom robot to your DingTalk group and obtain its webhook URL.

In the DingTalk desktop client, open the group where you want to add the robot and click the group settings icon in the upper-right corner.
In the Group Settings panel, click Chatbot, and then click Add Robot.
In the Intelligent Group Assistant panel, click Add Robot, click Add Robot again, and select Custom. On the Select a robot to add page, click Custom (Integrate a custom service by using a webhook).
In the Robot details dialog box, click Add.
In the Add Robot dialog box, configure the following settings.

For Robot Name, enter ARMS Alert Robot. Ensure that Add to group is set to your destination group.
1. Optionally, set a custom avatar for the robot.
2. In the Security Settings section, select Custom Keywords and set the keyword to alert.
3. Select the I Acknowledge and Accept the DingTalk Custom Robot Service Terms of Service checkbox.
4. Click Complete.
Copy the webhook URL and click Complete.
