Restarts an AnalyticDB for PostgreSQL instance.
Operation description
A restart takes about 3 to 30 minutes, during which services are unavailable. We recommend that you restart the instance during off-peak hours. After the instance enters the running state, you can access it again.
Limit
You can call this operation up to 1,000 times per second per account. If the number of calls per second exceeds the limit, throttling is triggered and may affect your business.
