Authorization information
The following table shows the authorization information corresponding to the API. The authorization information can be used in the Action
policy element to grant a RAM user or RAM role the permissions to call this API operation. Description:
- Operation: the value that you can use in the Action element to specify the operation on a resource.
- Access level: the access level of each operation. The levels are read, write, and list.
- Resource type: the type of the resource on which you can authorize the RAM user or the RAM role to perform the operation. Take note of the following items:
- The required resource types are displayed in bold characters.
- If the permissions cannot be granted at the resource level,
All Resources
is used in the Resource type column of the operation.
- Condition Key: the condition key that is defined by the cloud service.
- Associated operation: other operations that the RAM user or the RAM role must have permissions to perform to complete the operation. To complete the operation, the RAM user or the RAM role must have the permissions to perform the associated operations.

Request parameters
Parameter | Type | Required | Description | Example |
---|---|---|---|---|
DBClusterId | string | Yes | The cluster ID. | amv-abcd**** |
ResourceGroupName | string | Yes | The name of the resource group. | spark-rg-name |
MinExecutor | long | No | The minimum number of executors that are required to execute SQL statements. Valid values: 0 to 2000. A value of 0 indicates that no executors are permanent if no SQL statements are executed. If this value exceeds the total number of executors that are supported by the resource group, the Spark SQL engine fails to be started. The value must be less than the value of MaxExecutor. | 1 |
MaxExecutor | long | No | The maximum number of executors that are required to execute SQL statements. Valid values: 1 to 2000. If this value exceeds the total number of executes that are supported by the resource group, the Spark SQL engine fails to be started. | 10 |
Jars | string | No | The Object Storage Service (OSS) paths of third-party JAR packages that are required to start the Spark SQL engine. Separate multiple OSS paths with commas (,). | oss://testBuckname/test.jar,oss://testBuckname/test2.jar |
SlotNum | long | No | The maximum number of slots that are required to maintain Spark sessions for executing SQL statements. Valid values: 1 to 500. | 100 |
Config | string | No | The configuration that is required to start the Spark SQL engine. Specify this value in the JSON format. For more information, see Conf configuration parameters. | { "spark.shuffle.timeout": ":0s" } |
