Alibaba Mail:How to create employee accounts?

Log on to Alibaba Mail with an administrator account. By default, the domain management page is displayed. In the navigation pane on the left, click Mailbox Management. You can create a single account by clicking New Account or create accounts in batch by clicking Import.

Method 1: Create an account using New Account

  1. Click New Account. Enter the name, email address, and password. Set the password change option for the first logon, and then click OK. The account is created.imageimage

Method 2: Create accounts in batch using Import

  1. Download the template. Complete the template in the required format, and then upload the file. The accounts are created in batch.imageimage
