Alibaba Mail:How to Create Employee Accounts?

This topic describes how to create emplyee accounts.

1. Use postmaster account to login Alibaba Mail and enter the domain management page by default.

2. In the left-side navigation pane, click Employee Accounts. Click Create Account to create a single account and click Import under Import/Export to create accounts in batches.

Method 1: Create Accounts by "Create Account"

Click "Create Account", fill the information, then click "Save".

Method 2: Create Multiple Accounts by "Import"

Download the template first, fill in the template according to the system format requirements, and upload it.
