After Alibaba Mail is purchased, a postmaster account will be automatically assigned. The postmaster account can authorize ordinary employee accounts as custom administrators and set manageable department scope and authorization management permissions for them.
Custom administrators can help the postmaster manage mailboxes more efficiently.
Important
Custom administrators can no longer create hierarchical administrators.
Procedure:
1. Use postmaster account login Alibaba Mail and enter domain management page-> Customization-> Custom Administrators.
2. Click Add Custom Administrators and set the permissions that it has.
