Alibaba Mail supports automatic identification of spam. By default, emails will be marked with spam and enter the trash can. The mailbox administrator can also set to completely delete or put spam into the trash can of the user's mailbox, set whether to remind the spam received the previous day, and set whether to perform anti-spam processing on the domain.
Procedure:
1. Use postmaster account login Alibaba Mail and enter domain management page> Security> Anti-spam Settings.
2. Select settings as needed, and click Save to finish.
Important
The Delete Permanently (Not Recommended) option takes effect only for email addresses that are added to the blacklist in domain management page.
