Billing adjustment details
Cloud DNS plans to adjust the billing method for multiple domains in Public authoritative DNS resolution Personal Edition, Enterprise Standard Edition, and Enterprise Ultimate Edition (the original Custom Edition is not included in this adjustment). The adjustments are as follows:
Before adjustment
A single version instance can attach up to 100 domains, with only one version fee charged. When there is more than one domain, the domain quantity price is calculated at Personal Edition: 4 USD/domain/year, Enterprise Edition: 7 USD/domain/year. The complete billing formula is:
Instance price = Version price + Domain quantity unit price × (Number of domains - 1) + DNS security unit price * Number of domains
After adjustment
Each domain will be charged a version fee according to the parsing version it is attached to. The complete billing formula is:
Instance price = Version price × Number of domains + DNS security unit price * Number of domains
Starting from UTC+8 May 31, 2024 18:00, new purchases, upgrades, and renewals of Cloud DNS - Public authoritative DNS resolution Personal Edition, Enterprise Standard Edition, and Enterprise Ultimate Edition will follow the new billing pattern. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
