When you use AI DeepSign for file detection, signing, and other operations, the subscription plan model avoids the cost fluctuations of per-call billing. This topic describes plan specifications, Credit usage rules, and how to query your bills so that you can choose a suitable plan and control costs.
Billing overview
Billing model: AI DeepSign uses a subscription plan billing model. After you subscribe to a plan, you receive a monthly Credit quota for the corresponding tier.
Billing unit: All charges are measured in Credits.
Credits are charged only for successful API calls. Failed API calls do not deduct Credits.
Plan specifications
AI DeepSign offers the following subscription plans:
Basic: Suitable for low-volume scenarios such as testing or small-scale business.
Professional: Suitable for high-volume scenarios such as production environments with large monthly call volumes.

Credit usage
Deduction rules
Credits are deducted only when an API call succeeds. Failed calls are not charged.
Monthly Credits are issued in full when the plan takes effect. They are valid for the current month and do not roll over to the next billing cycle.
When monthly Credits are exhausted, API calls are suspended for the current month and automatically resume in the next billing cycle.
View Credit balance
Log on to the Subscriptions page. Search for DeepSign plan or your subscription ID.
Locate the AI DeepSign plan. View your Credits balance in the Remaining quota column.
Expiration
Before your plan expires, the system sends renewal reminders by SMS and console notifications. Renew your plan in time to avoid service interruption.
If your plan expires without renewal, the service is suspended. You can resume service after renewal.
Renewal
Log on to the Subscriptions page. Search for DeepSign plan or your subscription ID.
Locate the AI DeepSign plan. In the Actions column, click Renew, select a plan, and complete the payment.
Unsubscription
AI DeepSign does not support unsubscription. Contact your account manager for more information.
