This topic describes how to manage, create, view, edit, and delete Teams.
Overview
In complex task scenarios, a single Agent often cannot complete all the work independently. Team Collaboration allows you to organize multiple Agents into a collaborative team and assign a team leader (TL) to coordinate tasks, enabling members to divide work and collaborate to complete tasks, thereby improving the efficiency of complex task processing.
Activate Team Collaboration
When Team Collaboration is not activated, activate it on the Team Collaboration page.
Public network access
You can enable or disable public network access by using the switch. After you enable it, collaboration clients can access the service through a public address.
VPC access
You can enable or disable VPC access by using the switch. After you enable it, collaboration clients can access the service through a private VPC address. After you enable it, select a VPC and vSwitches. Select at least two vSwitches in different zones to ensure high availability of the collaboration service.
At least one of public network access or VPC access must be enabled.
After you complete the configuration, click Activate.
Activating the collaboration feature requires purchasing a collaboration control plane instance. During activation, the system redirects you to the purchase page. Follow the on-screen instructions to create an instance. The collaboration control plane instance is billed according to the pricing of the corresponding product.
Access management
Network configuration
You can separately enable or disable public network access and private network access. After you enable public network access, collaboration clients can access the service through a public address. After you enable private network access, collaboration clients can access the service through the private address of the selected VPC.
At least one of public network access or private network access must be enabled. If the workspace is not attached to a valid VPC, public network access must be enabled.
Endpoints
You can view the public and private URLs of Collaboration Client (WEB) (Web console endpoint, providing a graphical user interface) and Collaboration Client (API) (API endpoint, providing a programmatic access interface).
