Quality of Service (QoS) determines the capabilities available to sandboxes under a Team. Choose a QoS class that matches your workload requirements, and change the class or delete a Team without losing the resources that you need to keep.
QoS
When you create a Team in the console, the QoS class is automatically set to Default. After the Team is created, the QoS class can be changed in the console.
For the capability differences, typical scenarios, and billing details of each QoS class, see Billing Overview.
Manage Teams
-
Open any Agent Sandbox Flash Edition page.
-
In the Team selector, click Manage Team.
-
In the management drawer, view the Team ID, name, QoS, description, resource group, owner, and creation time. Search by Team name or owner UID.
Supported operations:
|
Operation |
Description |
|
Change Plan |
Change the QoS class of the Team. Three QoS classes are supported: Economy, Default, and Performance. |
|
Delete |
Before you delete the Team, the console shows the number of related API keys, templates, sandboxes, and volumes. A Team that still has API keys cannot be deleted. Delete the related API keys on the API Keys page first, and then delete the Team. |
Deleting a Team is irreversible, and the Team ID becomes invalid immediately after the deletion. The API keys, templates, sandboxes, and volumes under a Team belong to that Team and cannot be used across Teams. Before you delete a Team, back up the data that you want to retain and migrate your workloads to another Team. Delete all API keys under the Team before you delete it. After these API keys are deleted, requests that use them fail authentication.
The Agent Sandbox console does not support modifying the Team name or description, or changing the resource group of the Team. Confirm the name and resource group when you create the Team.
Recommendations
-
Before you upgrade the QoS class, confirm the capabilities and billing rules of the target class.
-
To change a Team name or resource group, create a new Team and migrate your workloads and resources.
-
Before deleting a Team, confirm that the Team no longer has API keys, templates, sandboxes, or volumes that you need to keep.
-
If you need to limit the total CPU or memory available to a Team, record the Team ID and configure quotas as described in Team Quota Management.
FAQ
Can I move an existing Team to another resource group?
The console does not support changing a Team's resource group. Select the correct resource group when you create the Team. To move a Team to another resource group, create a new Team in the target resource group and switch the corresponding API keys and traffic.
What should I do if deleting a Team fails because API keys still exist?
A Team that still has API keys cannot be deleted. Delete the related keys on the API Keys page first, and then delete the Team. Before deletion, confirm that the Team no longer has workloads or resources that you need to keep.
Are Agent Sandbox Flash Edition Teams managed through the E2B SDK?
No. Agent Sandbox Flash Edition Teams are created and managed in the Agent Sandbox console. They are not managed through the E2B SDK Team API. Day-to-day access still uses the E2B SDK to create and operate sandboxes. Identity comes from the Agent Sandbox Flash Edition API key and the Team bound to that key.
