Developer: Billed at a fixed price at signup, then at the start of each 30-day billing cycle.
Business: Charged a minimum monthly service charge at signup, then billed based on your cloud product usage, starting from that minimum.
Enterprise: Charged a minimum monthly service charge at signup, then billed based on your cloud product usage, starting from that minimum.
