Container Registry (ACR) Personal Edition will no longer return information about Personal Edition instances from regions that differ from the region specified in an OpenAPI request.

Changes
To standardize API calls and improve service stability, ACR Personal Edition will adjust its OpenAPI endpoint request mechanism. After this change, the region of the endpoint for an OpenAPI request must match the region of the destination Personal Edition instance. The system will no longer return data, such as Personal Edition instances and namespaces, from other regions. Requests to a region without a Personal Edition instance will receive a 401 AUTHENTICATION_FAILED error.
Future modifications to data for Personal Edition instances, such as namespaces, will also be isolated by region. The specific effective date has not been determined. Details will be provided in a future announcement.
Solution
Update the endpoint configuration for your OpenAPI requests to match the region of the instance. Do not access regions where no Personal Edition instance exists.
