After you install the cnfs-controller network file system management component, you can use Container Network File System (CNFS) to manage Alibaba Cloud NAS file systems and OSS buckets. This improves persistent volume performance and Quality of Service (QoS) control. It also resolves issues that traditional shared file systems face, such as inaccurate capacity quota control and the inability to recover accidentally deleted files.
Scope
This applies only to clusters running Kubernetes version 1.26 or later. To upgrade your cluster, see Manually upgrade a cluster.
Install the cnfs-controller component
On the ACK Clusters page, click the name of your cluster. On the cluster details page, in the navigation pane on the left, click Add-ons.

Click the Volumes tab. Locate the cnfs-controller component and follow the on-screen prompts to complete the installation.
