This topic describes how to submit a ticket to handle an issue that you encounter when you log on with an account.
Procedure
Visit the Alibaba Cloud official website and click Log In in the upper-right corner.
On the logon page, click Other Sign In Difficulties.
On the Login issues page, select an issue that you encounter when you log on.
If you have not created an Alibaba Cloud account, select I am unable to receive verification code when registering and click Next step.
If you have an Alibaba Cloud account, select an issue in the I already have an Alibaba Cloud account section and click Next step.
On the page that appears, swipe the slider to the right in the I am not a robot section, configure the required information that is contained in the ticket, and then click Submit.
After the ticket is submitted, a query code and a URL are displayed in the Complete step. You can use the URL to query the ticket status. More information is sent to your email address.
