You want to delete your default payment method before suspending your account.

How do I verify my identity?
Open a ticket and provide the following information:
Your Alibaba Cloud account name (the email address or mobile phone number you registered with) and your full name.
One of the following as proof of identity:
A copy of a transaction record from the bank that issued your credit card.
The first 6 and last 4 digits of your credit card number, along with the card-holder name.
The Alibaba Cloud support team reviews your submission and processes your request after verifying the details.
