Account Center:Manage webhook recipients

Configure webhook recipients to ensure you receive and handle messages promptly and accurately in all scenarios, especially high-risk ones. This configuration improves your organization's security response and operational efficiency.

Note

The platform supports webhooks from DingTalk, WeCom, Lark, and Slack. It also supports custom webhook URLs.

If your chatbot uses keyword filtering, add the keywords Alibaba Cloud and Alibaba to its allowlist. This ensures that you can receive webhook messages from Alibaba Cloud.

Procedure

  1. Log on to Message Center. In the navigation pane on the left, choose Chatbot Recipient Management.

  2. In the upper-right corner, click Webhook Management. On the Webhook Management page, click Add Webhook in the upper-right corner. Enter the required information and click OK.

  3. On this page, you can Modify or Delete webhooks in the Action column.

  4. After you configure the chatbot, return to the Chatbot Recipient Management page. For the message type that you want to configure, click Modify in the Action column. On the Modify Message Receiving Configurations page, you can configure the following:

    • Set an upper limit on the number of messages received for this message type.

    • Assign one or more webhooks to the message type.

      You can also set custom receiving rules. Use keyword-based blacklists and whitelists to filter the messages that are delivered.

  5. In the Action column, click Revision history to view recent changes for the message type. The history includes the modification time, the user who made the change, and the change details.

  6. After you complete the setup, your chatbot starts receiving the specified notifications.
