If you receive an internal message or an email from Alibaba Cloud that informs you that Alibaba Cloud has detected risks with the default payment method that is associated with your Alibaba Cloud account, you must use the Alibaba Cloud account to submit the following information and documents to the KYC Center based on the instructions in the internal message or email. The information and documents must be submitted within one business day after you receive the notification. Alibaba Cloud conducts an investigation based on the information that you provide. This ensures the security of your account and funds.
You must submit the following information and documents:
A clear photo of one of the following documents.
A photo of the government-issued ID of the bank card holder or the owner of the payment account of the Alibaba Cloud account. The following types of ID are supported:
A front-side photo of the default payment account that is associated with your Alibaba Cloud account.
Note: To ensure the security of the information about your payment account, we recommend that you mask the middle digits of your payment account. Make sure that the first six and the last four digits of the card number and the name of the cardholder are clearly visible.
The transaction details of your default payment account for the last month.
Alibaba Cloud reviews the information and documents within two business days.
You must submit the required information and documents at the earliest opportunity. If Alibaba Cloud does not receive the required information and documents within one business day after you receive a notification, your instances are stopped. Instance data is retained for 15 days after the instances are stopped. If Alibaba Cloud does not receive the required information or documents within 15 days after the instances are stopped, the data is deleted.
