Before configuring alarms, set the contacts and contact groups. Alarm configuration only supports contact groups. You must set the contact groups after setting contacts.
In the left-side navigation pane of the console, choose Alarms > Contacts and go to the Contacts page.
Click the Contacts tab, and then click Create Contact in the upper-right corner.
Enter the user name, mobile phone number, and email.
Click Edit in the Actions column of the contact to enter the editing mode.
Click Delete in the Actions column of the contact to delete a contact. You can also select multiple contacts and click Batch Delete Contacts to delete multiple contacts at one time.
Fuzzy search by name, mobile phone number, or email is currently supported. On the Contacts page, click the Contacts tab, enter the entire or a part of the contact name, mobile phone number, or email in the search box, and click Search. All matching contact information is displayed.
Click the Contact Groups tab and click Create Contact Group in the upper-right corner.
Enter a group name and select an alarm contact.
Click the pencil icon of a contact group to enter the editing mode.
Click the expand icon (down arrow) of a contact group to show all contacts in the group.
Tip: You can remove one or more contacts from an expanded contact group.
Click the Delete icon of a contact group to delete it.
Caution: Be cautious when deleting a contact group. Before deleting a contact group, make sure that no job is running. Otherwise, alarm and other functions may be ineffective.
