ApsaraDB for MyBase:ModifyDedicatedHostPassword

Changes the root account password of a host.

Operation description

This operation is supported only for ApsaraDB MyBase for Redis Enhanced Edition (Tair) dedicated clusters.

  • The password must be 8 to 32 characters in length.
  • The password must contain at least three of the following character types: uppercase letters, lowercase letters, digits, and special characters.
  • The password can contain the following special characters: ! @ # $ % ^ & * ( ) _ + - =
Note If your dedicated cluster runs SQL Server, the password cannot contain the account name (case-insensitive).
