Real-time Conversational AI supports avatar services from Alibaba Cloud Lingjing and FaceUnity.
The support for the Tongyi Xingchen service is discontinued on August 31, 2025.

Integration methods
Alibaba Cloud Lingjing
Step 1: Obtain configuration information
Submit a ticket to obtain the required configuration information, such as tenant ID and interaction configuration ID.
Step 2: Configure the avatar node in the console
Go to the Real-time Workflow Template page.
Create a real-time workflow and click the avatar node.

Select Lingjing Digital Avatar Platform, and then enter the Tenant ID, Interaction Configuration ID, AccessKey ID, and AccessKey Secret.

Click Save to complete the avatar node configuration.
FaceUnity
Faceunity avatars have detailed facial rendering and smooth, natural movements, making them ideal for scenarios that require emotional interaction and visual presentation, such as online customer service and virtual streamers.
Step 1: Obtain configuration information
To integrate a Faceunity avatar, make the following preparations:
Activate the avatar service on the Faceunity official website.
Contact Faceunity customer service to obtain the corresponding AvatarId.
Save the AppId, AppKey, and AvatarId.
Step 2: Configure the avatar node in the console
Go to the Real-time Workflow Template page.
Create a real-time workflow and click the avatar node.

Select Avatar Plug-in, and then enter the AppId, AppKey, and AvatarId.

Click Save to complete the avatar node configuration.
