Real-time Conversational AI currently supports avatars from Alibaba Cloud Model Studio and Faceunity.
Integration steps
Alibaba Cloud Model Studio
Model Studio provides expressive, natural, and smooth avatars, ideal for diverse application scenarios including video broadcasting, business consultation, interactive communication, and service guidance across various industries such as smart education and news media.
Integration with Model Studio avatars requires whitelisting. If you have business scenarios that require Model Studio avatars, please submit a ticket.
Step 1: Obtain configuration parameters
You need to obtain the API Key, ModelId, and AvatarId in advance.
Obtain the Model Studio API KEY. For more information, see Obtain Model Studio API Key.
Select an avatar suitable for your business scenario and obtain the corresponding ModelId and AvatarId.
Step 2: Configure the avatar in the console
Go to the Real-time Conversational AI workflow interface.
Create a real-time workflow and click the avatar node.

Select Connect To Model Studio and enter the obtained ModelId, API-KEY, and AvatarId.

Click Save to complete the avatar node configuration.
Faceunity
Faceunity avatars have detailed facial rendering and smooth, natural movements, making them ideal for scenarios that require emotional interaction and visual presentation, such as online customer service and virtual streamers.
Step 1: Obtain configuration parameters
To integrate a Faceunity avatar, you need to obtain the AppId, AppKey, and AvatarId in advance.
You need to activate the Faceunity 3D avatar service first. For activation details, visit the Faceunity official website.
Contact Faceunity customer service to obtain the Faceunity avatar AvatarId.
Save the obtained AppId, AppKey, and AvatarId.
Step 2: Configure the avatar in the console
Go to the Real-time Conversational AI workflow interface.
Create a real-time workflow and click the avatar node.

Select Connect To Avatar Plugin and enter the obtained AppId, AppKey, and AvatarId.

Click Save to complete the avatar node configuration.
