Tongyi Xingchen avatar support was discontinued on August 31, 2025.

Integration methods
Alibaba Cloud Lingjing
Step 1: Obtain configuration information
Submit a ticket to obtain your tenant ID and interaction configuration ID.
Step 2: Configure the avatar node in the console

Go to the Real-time Workflow Template page.

Create a real-time workflow and click the avatar node.

Select Lingjing Digital Avatar Platform, and then enter the Tenant ID, Interaction Configuration ID, AccessKey ID, and AccessKey Secret.

Click Save.
FaceUnity
FaceUnity avatars offer detailed facial rendering and smooth movements for interactive and visual scenarios.
Step 1: Obtain configuration information
Prepare the following:

Activate the avatar service on the FaceUnity website.

Contact FaceUnity to obtain your AvatarId.

Record the AppId, AppKey, and AvatarId.
Step 2: Configure the avatar node in the console

Go to the Real-time Workflow Template page.

Create a real-time workflow and click the avatar node.

Select Avatar Plug-in, and then enter the AppId, AppKey, and AvatarId.

Click Save.
