Administrators can configure the global report feature. The global report feature can save all the query conditions that are specified in the current organization.

Background information

This feature is available only for the Quick BI Pro edition and the Quick BI Enterprise Standard edition.

Procedure

  1. In the top navigation bar, click the Settings icon.
  2. In the left-side navigation pane, click System Configuration.
  3. On the System Configuration page, click the Report global configuration tab. On the tab that appears, select Whether to remember query conditions.
    After this feature is enabled, the system saves query conditions that users use. After a user specifies query conditions and clicks Search on the report view page, the specified conditions are saved. When the user opens the report page, the last conditions that the user specified are automatically used.
  4. Click save.
