Problem Description
Failed to send the email by the Alibaba Mail. The content of the returned email is as follows:
(13)ESO_LOCAL_SPAM: spamed by local spam engine
Your mail has been judged as spam by our AntiSpam system.Cause
The email is recognized as spam by the anti-spam system.
The keywords contained in the email subject or content are hit by anti-spam rules, so the email fails to be sent.
The Alibaba Mail is mainly to meet the normal communication needs. Currently, it does not support a large number of emails such as system notification, registration verification, exhibition invitation letter, monitoring alarm, etc. If you have similar email sending requirements, we recommend that you use the Direct Mail service provided by Alibaba Cloud.
Solution
Check if the content exhibits characteristics of spam.
1. The Alibaba Mail forbidden to send a large number of marketing letters. If the email contains spam information, it is sufficient to re-edit the content and redeliver the email.
2. If it is not a marketing email, you can send the failed email to the antispam_fankui@alibaba-inc.com in the form of attachment forwarding, which will be reviewed by the technical specialist, and the results will be fed back to you later.
a. Login to the Alibaba Mail.
B. select the returned email, right-click the body, and select Forward as Attachment, or add an attachment to send it after downloading the email.
c. Enter the email editing page, fill the recipient as antispam_fankui@alibaba-inc.com. Please describe the sending scenario in the email body so as to quickly locate the cause.
