Fault description: Monitoring results discovered that at around 11:54, 04/01/2017, users experienced network instability when visiting some internet resources in mainland China from Singapore (including Alibaba Cloud's mainland China region). Alibaba Cloud has reported this issue to the operator, and has been cooperating with the operator on this issue. We will keep you updated on any progress.
Fault reason: Instability of the operator's backbone network line.

Current status: We got feedback from operator that the issue has been resolved at 14:15. We have tested that the network condition has recovered.
