Exception when Accessing Some ECS Servers in Hong Kong and Other Regions from within Mainland China

Fault Description: During monitoring, we discovered that starting at 09:30 on October 9, 2017 Beijing Time, network connections are not successful when accessing certain ECS servers In Hong Kong and some other regions. The problem only affects users accessing these servers from inside Mainland China. According to the route tracking analysis, the abnormal nodes are at the cross-border internet exit. Currently the operators have not replied with recovery information. Considering the situation, if your business is affected (users outside mainland China are not affected), we recommend you check whether your business traffic includes services which are illegal within Mainland China, or try to replace the server and migrate the services to another node.
