Fault summary: We monitored and found from Beijing time 18:05 on September 27, 2017 that there was some abnormal network packet loss and latency happening when accessing network regions including Asia Pacific SE 1 region and Hong Kong region from mainland China through China Unicom, China Mobile and China Telecom. Alibaba Cloud has reported this issue to the operators, and will continue to cooperate with the operator to deal with it.

Failure recovery: We monitored that the operator network link has begun to stabilize at around Beijing time 21:14 on September 27, 2017. The network latency found when accessing Asia Pacific SE 1 region and Hong Kong region from mainland China through China Unicom, China Mobile and China Telecom has recovered.
