Maintenance Overview: In order to continuously improve the network quality, Alibaba Cloud will optimize the network in some regions successively. There could be second-level network jitter and packet loss during maintenance, please complete the reconnection and retry mechanism to ensure business fault tolerance.
Maintenance Impact: the time and impact in each region during the maintenance are as follows:
Beijing time on January 4, 2018
06:00 - 08:00, EU Central 1 (Frankfurt) Region. Impact: Cloud resources access through the public network from the surrounding area may have less than 30s packet loss, and the network delay increases by about 30 ms.
06:00 - 08:00, US East 1 (Virginia) Region. Impact: Cloud resources access through the public network from the surrounding area may have less than 30s packet loss, and the network delay increases by about 30 ms.
10:00 - 12:00, China North 2 (Beijing), US East 1 (Virginia) region, and US West 1 (Silicon Valley) region. Impact: public network access from China North 2 (Beijing) region to US East 1 (Virginia) region and US West 1 (Silicon Valley) region, Express Connect from China North 2 (Beijing) to US East 1 (Virginia) region and US West 1 (Silicon Valley) may have 5s packet loss, and the network delay increases by about 30 ms.
