Upgrade Period: Beijing time 21:00, January 24, 2018 - 6:00, January 25, 2018
Upgrade Content: Domain product database optimization and upgrading to improve user experience and system stability.
Updates Impact:
1. Any domain name registration, renewal, transfer, and redemption made during the upgrade period remains in 'Processing' status after payment has been made. Upon completion of system upgrade, the status will be changed to 'Successful' as per normal.
2. During the upgrade period, all domain name modification operations will not function normally, including but not limited to domain name information modification, DNS modification, whois protection lock, update prohibition lock, transfer prohibition lock, information template creation and modification, etc. Any modification will trigger an error prompt.
If you require domain name registration or any of the above functions, you are advised to avoid the upgrading period. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience caused. If you have any question, please contact us by submitting a ticket.
