How to enable pay-by-requester using OSS SDK for Go - Object Storage Service

Object Storage Service (OSS) içinde bir paket için istek sahibine göre ödeme özelliği etkinleştirildiğinde, istek ve trafik ücretleri paket sahibi yerine isteği yapan kişiye yansıtılır.
