注意事項
修改 Endpoint 串連地址，包括修改外網和內網的串連串和連接埠、內網串連的 VPC、vSwitch、IP 等參數。
修改時，需要將 VpcId、VSwitchId 看作一組。內網地址的 VpcId、VSwitchId、PrivateIpAddress 等資訊與 ConnectionStringPrefix、Port 不能同時傳入，但至少傳入其中一個參數。
