調用EnableVpcEndpointZoneConnection介面，允許終端節點可用性區域串連。
介面說明

當終端節點串連狀態為已串連且終端節點可用性區域狀態為已斷開時，才能調用此介面。

EnableVpcEndpointZoneConnection 介面屬於非同步介面，即系統會返回一個請求 ID，但尚未接受終端節點在此可用性區域的串連請求，系統後台接受任務仍在進行中。您可以調用 ListVpcEndpointZones 查詢終端節點可用性區域的串連請求狀態：
當終端節點可用性區域處於 Connecting 狀態時，表示串連請求正在接受中。
當終端節點可用性區域處於 Connected 狀態時，表示串連請求已接受。

EnableVpcEndpointZoneConnection 介面不支援在同一個終端節點執行個體下並發接受可用性區域的串連請求。
