調用DetachSecurityGroupFromVpcEndpoint介面，將終端節點移除安全性群組。
介面說明

DetachSecurityGroupFromVpcEndpoint 介面屬於非同步介面，即系統會返回一個請求 ID，但終端節點尚未從安全性群組中移除，系統背景移除任務仍在進行。您可以調用 ListVpcEndpoints 查詢終端節點的移除狀態：
當終端節點處於 Pending 狀態時，表示終端節點正在移除中。
當在安全性群組中查詢不到該終端節點時，表示終端節點移除完成。

DetachSecurityGroupFromVpcEndpoint 介面不支援將同一個終端節點執行個體並發移除安全性群組。
