調用DeleteVpcEndpoint介面，刪除終端節點。

刪除終端節點之前，請先刪除終端節點中已添加的可用性區域。

DeleteVpcEndpoint 介面屬於非同步介面，即系統會返回一個請求 ID，但該終端節點尚未刪除完成，系統後台刪除任務仍在進行中。您可以調用 GetVpcEndpointAttribute 查詢終端節點的刪除狀態：
當終端節點處於 Deleting 狀態時，表示終端節點正在刪除中。
當查詢不到指定的終端節點時，表示終端節點刪除成功。
