調用GetNetworkReachableAnalysis介面，擷取網路可達性分析結果。

介面說明

GetNetworkReachableAnalysis 介面屬於非同步介面，即系統會返回一個任務 ID，但該網路可達性分析結果尚未成功擷取，系統背景擷取任務仍在進行。您可以查詢網路可達性分析任務的狀態：

當網路可達性分析任務處於 init 狀態時，表示網路可達性分析任務進行中中。
當網路可達性分析任務處於 finish 狀態時，表示網路可達性分析任務已完成，即可擷取結果。
