Alibaba Content Security Service使用者提交的圖片、視頻、文本等資訊，審核後是否會刪除？

使用Alibaba Content Security ServiceAPI提交審核的圖片、視頻、文本及機器審核的結果資料，系統會自動為您保留7天以便您查詢，超過7天后會刪除相關資料。使用Alibaba Content Security ServiceAPI提交審核的直播流、語音流，審核過程產生切片的臨時地址有效時間為30分鐘，超過30分鐘後地址將失效並刪除相關切片。

使用Alibaba Content Security Service服務的使用者需要及時轉存審核結果和切片資訊，如果使用者開通了阿里雲Object Storage Service，推薦開啟證據轉存功能。

自訂文本庫提供關鍵詞和相似文本兩種類型，匹配方式支援精確匹配和模糊比對，請對照自訂文本庫使用限制，查看是否符合使用限制，比如相似文本需要超過10個字元。如果您在Alibaba Content Security ServiceAPI的情境中使用自訂文本庫，需要將文本庫應用到對應的業務情境（Biztype）中才會生效。

Alibaba Content Security Service配置回調地址後，沒有收到回調請求？

Alibaba Content Security ServiceAPI支援回調通知，在Alibaba Content Security Service控制台中建立訊息通知，選擇需要通知的訊息類型，包括機器審核結果、自助審核結果，建立後需要關聯到業務情境（Biztype）才能夠生效。

如果您已經正確設定了訊息通知，但是調用Alibaba Content Security Service後卻沒有收到回調，建議檢查回調地址是否能夠響應POST請求，避免請求回調地址時出現403或者502等錯誤。 回調通知也可以通過API參數Callback輸入，啟用回調通知後，Alibaba Content Security Service將按照回調配置發送內容檢測API回調通知。

Alibaba Content Security Service圖片審核，長圖添加到自訂圖庫不生效？

Alibaba Content Security Service圖片審核有長圖限制，對長圖（高大於400像素，高寬比大於2.5）會進行切割後再檢測，因此添加到自訂圖庫或者迴流庫中的長圖無法匹配切割後的檢測圖片，無法生效。

Alibaba Content Security Service控制台中自訂機審標準後，檢測API沒有生效？

Alibaba Content Security Service控制台中配置自訂機審標準，或者添加自訂樣本庫後，需要大約15分鐘時間生效，建議稍後重試。配置自訂業務情境後，您必須在內容檢測API的介面中傳遞自訂業務情境（Biztype），檢測才會按照自訂業務情境的標準進行。

如何接入Alibaba Content Security Service內網地址？

當您部署服務的阿里雲ECS和Alibaba Content Security Service的Endpoint在同一個地區時，就可以接入內網地址。

例如您的ECS部署在北京，Alibaba Content Security Service的Endpoint包含北京，則可以通過內網地址green-vpc.cn-beijing.aliyuncs.com接入。內網地址接入相比公網地址接入，耗時會有一定程度的降低。但是，如果ECS沒有與Alibaba Content Security Service部署在同一地區，就不能使用內網地址接入，只能使用公網方式接入。
