仮想プライベートクラウド (VPC) 内の ECS インスタンスは、Elastic IP アドレス (EIP) に関連付けてインターネットにアクセスできます。EIP を使用する場合、EIP のピーク帯域幅と課金方法を変更できます。この機能は、サブスクリプションインスタンスと従量課金インスタンスの両方に適用されます。
Procedure
ECS コンソールにログインします。
左側メニューで、 を選択します。
上部メニューで、対象リソースのリージョンとリソースグループを選択します。

Find the target instance. In the [Actions] column, choose
> Upgrade/Downgrade > Modify EIP Bandwidth.

Modify the EIP based on its billing method.
Pay-as-you-go billing for EIP
On the [EIP | Modify Configuration] page, configure the following purchase information, select the Terms of Service, and click [Buy Now].

[Peak Bandwidth]: Set the peak bandwidth. You can increase or decrease the peak bandwidth, but you cannot set it to 0 Mbps.

[Traffic]: Select the metering method for Internet traffic. Based on your requirements, select [Pay-by-traffic] or [Pay-by-bandwidth].
説明If you only modify the peak bandwidth, the new bandwidth takes effect immediately and you do not need to restart the instance. If you change the billing method for traffic:

The billing method change takes effect after 00:00 the next day.

Before the new billing method takes effect, you cannot submit other modification requests, such as changing the peak bandwidth.
Subscription billing method for EIPs
On the [EIP (Subscription) International | Modify Configuration] page, set the bandwidth, select the Terms of Service, and click [Buy Now].
