Alibaba Cloud DNS:Manually trigger DNS record synchronization

最終更新日:Mar 15, 2024

Overview

When the connection between the primary Domain Name System (DNS) server and the secondary DNS server is in the Blocked state, you can manually trigger synchronization. This way, the secondary DNS server can connect to the primary DNS server to update DNS records.

Note

Generally, the DNS records in the secondary DNS server are synchronized from the primary DNS server in the following two ways: The primary DNS server sends a notification message to trigger a synchronization. Alternatively, a synchronization is triggered when the synchronization time set in the primary DNS server arrives.

Procedure

  1. Log on to the Alibaba Cloud DNS console.

  2. In the left-side navigation pane, click Secondary DNS.

  3. On the Secondary DNS page, click the Public Domain Names tab. Find the desired domain name and click Connect to Primary DNS in the Actions column.image.png
