    App Streaming mendukung metode penagihan subscription dan pay-as-you-go. Topik ini mencakup rumus penagihan, item yang dapat ditagih, siklus penagihan, dan metode pembayaran.

    Penagihan

    App Streaming mendukung metode penagihan berikut:

    • Subscription: Metode prabayar di mana Anda membayar sumber daya untuk durasi tetap.

      Biaya subscription = Harga satuan sumber daya subscription × Jumlah sumber daya × Durasi langganan

    • Pay-as-you-go: Metode pascabayar yang menagih Anda berdasarkan sumber daya yang benar-benar digunakan.

      Biaya pay-as-you-go = Harga satuan sumber daya elastis pay-as-you-go × Durasi penggunaan
    Catatan

    Anda harus membeli sumber daya subscription. Selain itu, Anda dapat memilih untuk menggunakan sumber daya elastis pay-as-you-go.

    Komposisi Penagihan

    Dengan App Streaming, Anda hanya membayar sumber daya aplikasi cloud. Sumber daya aplikasi cloud menyediakan daya komputasi untuk menjalankan aplikasi cloud. Sumber daya ini tersedia dalam berbagai spesifikasi berdasarkan konfigurasi vCPU, memori, dan GPU. Anda dapat memilih spesifikasi sumber daya, jumlah, dan wilayah sesuai dengan kasus penggunaan pengguna akhir Anda. Anda juga dapat menyesuaikan jumlah sesi konkuren per sumber daya untuk mengoptimalkan pengalaman pengguna akhir Anda.

    Siklus penagihan untuk sumber daya subscription adalah durasi langganan (UTC+8). Durasi berikut tersedia:

    • 1 Minggu

    • 1 Bulan

    • 2 Bulan

    • 3 Bulan

    • 6 Bulan

    • 1 Tahun

    • 2 Tahun

    • 3 Tahun

    Catatan

    Durasi langganan kurang dari satu bulan dihitung secara proporsional berdasarkan bulan 30 hari.

    Sumber daya elastis pay-as-you-go ditagih per jam, dengan biaya dihitung hingga detik.

    Metode Pembayaran

    Anda dapat menggunakan metode pembayaran berikut:

    • Saldo akun Alibaba Cloud Anda

    • Pembayaran online

    Pembayaran Tertunda

    Sumber Daya Subscription

    Karena sumber daya subscription bersifat prabayar, pembayaran tertunda pada akun Anda tidak memengaruhi ketersediaannya.

    Sumber Daya Elastis Pay-as-you-go

    Sumber daya elastis pay-as-you-go bersifat pascabayar. Jika akun Anda memiliki pembayaran tertunda, sumber daya dengan sesi aktif akan dipertahankan dan terus dikenai biaya. Hal ini tidak memengaruhi sumber daya subscription Anda.

    • Sumber daya dengan sesi aktif dipertahankan dan terus dikenai biaya. Jika Anda tidak menambahkan dana ke akun Anda dalam waktu tujuh hari, semua sumber daya ini akan dilepas.

    • Sumber daya tanpa sesi aktif dilepas segera.

    Peringatan

    Sumber daya yang dilepas tidak dapat dipulihkan. Untuk menghindari gangguan layanan, Anda harus segera memperpanjang langganan.

    Perpanjang Sumber Daya Subscription

    Ikuti langkah-langkah berikut untuk memperpanjang langganan sumber daya aplikasi cloud Anda.

    1. Masuk ke Konsol App Streaming.

    2. Di panel navigasi kiri, klik Delivery Group.

    3. Di halaman Delivery Group, temukan delivery group yang ingin Anda perpanjang. Anda dapat mencarinya berdasarkan status, nama, atau ID-nya.

    4. Di kolom Actions delivery group yang dituju, klik Renew Resources.

    5. Di kotak dialog Renew Resources, tinjau waktu kedaluwarsa sumber daya, pilih durasi perpanjangan, lalu klik OK.

    6. Di halaman Pay, pilih metode pembayaran lalu klik Pay.
