    Resource Management:Pewarisan tag

    Anda dapat menggunakan fitur pewarisan tag untuk secara otomatis menyebarkan tag dari resource utama ke resource terkaitnya. Proses ini terjadi saat Anda mengubah tag pada resource utama atau membuat asosiasi baru, sehingga meningkatkan efisiensi operasi dan pemeliharaan (O&M). Misalnya, ketika Anda menambahkan tag ke Instance ECS, resource terkait—seperti disk, elastic network interface, dan alamat IP elastis—secara otomatis mewarisi tag tersebut. Resource yang baru diasosiasikan juga akan mewarisi tag tersebut.

    Informasi latar belakang

    Anda dapat mengelola pewarisan tag menggunakan Akun Alibaba Cloud atau pengguna RAM yang memiliki izin AliyunTagAdministratorAccess. Untuk informasi selengkapnya, lihat Create a RAM user dan Manage RAM user permissions.

    Batasan

    • Untuk daftar tipe resource yang mendukung fitur ini, lihat Resources that support tag inheritance.

    • Saat mengonfigurasi aturan untuk hanya mewariskan tag tertentu, Anda dapat menentukan hingga 50 kunci tag.

    • Setelah Anda mengaktifkan dan mengonfigurasi aturan pewarisan tag, jika tag yang diwariskan memiliki kunci yang sama dengan tag yang sudah ada pada resource terkait, sistem akan menimpa tag yang sudah ada tersebut. Misalnya, resource terkait memiliki tag cost:hangzhou dan resource utama memiliki tag cost:shanghai. Jika Anda mengonfigurasi aturan yang memungkinkan resource terkait mewarisi tag dengan kunci cost, maka tag cost:hangzhou pada resource terkait akan ditimpa dengan cost:shanghai.

    • Untuk beberapa tipe resource, Anda dapat menerapkan pewarisan tag ke resource terkait yang sudah ada dengan mengaktifkan sakelar Apply to Existing Resources. Untuk informasi tentang tipe resource yang didukung, lihat kolom Supports applying to existing resources dalam Resources that support tag inheritance.

    Operasi

    Aktifkan pewarisan tag

    1. Buka halaman Tag inheritance.

    2. Baca petunjuknya, centang kotak pilihan untuk membuat peran terkait layanan, lalu klik Enable and Configure Rules.

      Setelah Anda mengaktifkan fitur ini, peran terkait layanan bernama AliyunServiceRoleForTag akan dibuat. Peran ini digunakan untuk mengelola tag pada resource terkait. Untuk informasi selengkapnya, lihat Service-linked role for Tag.

    Aktifkan aturan

    1. Pada halaman Tag inheritance, temukan tipe resource target dan klik Enable Rule di kolom Actions.

    2. Pada kotak dialog Enable Rule, konfigurasi aturan tersebut dan klik Enable.

      Contoh: Setelah Anda mengaktifkan aturan tersebut, elastic network interface secara otomatis mewarisi tag dari Instance ECS saat disambungkan ke Instance ECS tersebut. Tag pada elastic network interface tetap sinkron dengan tag Instance ECS. Saat elastic network interface dilepas, sistem secara otomatis menghapus tag yang diwariskan darinya.

      • Applicable Scope: Tentukan kunci tag yang ingin diwariskan. Anda dapat mewariskan semua kunci tag atau hanya kunci tag tertentu.

      • Apply to Existing Resources: Jika Anda mengaktifkan sakelar ini, aturan tersebut juga berlaku untuk resource yang sudah ada.

    Ubah aturan

    1. Pada halaman Tag inheritance, temukan tipe resource target dan klik Modify Rule di kolom Actions.

    2. Pada kotak dialog Modify Rule, ubah aturan tersebut dan klik Modify.

      Anda dapat mengubah Applicable Scope serta mengaktifkan atau menonaktifkan sakelar Apply to Existing Resources.

    Nonaktifkan aturan

    Penting

    Setelah Anda menonaktifkan aturan pewarisan tag, resource terkait tidak lagi secara otomatis mewarisi tag dari resource utamanya. Hal ini dapat memengaruhi operasi berbasis tag, seperti manajemen resource dan alokasi biaya.

    1. Pada halaman Tag inheritance, temukan tipe resource target dan klik Disable Rule di kolom Actions.

    2. Pada kotak dialog Disable Rule, klik Disable.

    Kelola aturan secara massal

    Pada halaman Tag inheritance, Anda dapat memilih beberapa tipe resource dan mengelola aturannya secara massal.

    • Di pojok kiri bawah daftar, klik Enable Rule untuk mengaktifkan beberapa aturan sekaligus.

    • Di pojok kiri bawah daftar, klik Disable Rule untuk menonaktifkan beberapa aturan sekaligus.

    • Di pojok kiri bawah daftar, klik Apply to Existing Resources untuk menerapkan pewarisan tag ke resource terkait yang sudah ada secara massal.

    Nonaktifkan pewarisan tag

    Penting

    Setelah Anda menonaktifkan fitur pewarisan tag, sistem tidak lagi melakukan operasi tag pada resource terkait. Tag yang sudah ada pada resource tidak terpengaruh.

    1. Di pojok kanan atas halaman Tag inheritance, klik Disable.

    2. Pada kotak dialog konfirmasi, klik Close.
