Menghapus Pengguna RAM atau akun STS dari Instans Gudang Data Real-time. Setelah dihapus, pengguna tidak dapat lagi masuk ke instans. Untuk memulihkan akses, panggil operasi CreateUser untuk menambahkan pengguna.
