How to log on to the DMS console>>
DMS provides database and user management features. The service allows you to log on to MySQL instances and MySQL databases deployed on ECS instances, to create databases and users without entering any commands.

To use these features, log on to the DMS console and click Quick Logon > Log on to Database > Tools > Database Management/User Management.
