Causes

Because the subscription channel still has downstream consumption.

Solution

Login DTS console view the IP addresses of consumer sources and check whether data is being consumed by downstream SDKs. If so, stop downstream consumption and then modify the consumer offset. For the specific modification method, see modify the consumption checkpoint of a subscription channel.
