2. Transfer and withdraw operations

You can perform transfer operation between accounts with any relationship. However, replenishment methods change based on the relationship and permissions. Available replenishment methods are displayed in the following figure.[DO NOT TRANSLATE]

2

When you select Allow to Inherit Credit Control Identity for a linked account, you can use the credit replenishment method to transfer funds to the linked account. After linked accounts obtain credits and use these credits, bills are generated. You must pay these bills in time to continue with the services.

The voucher replenishment method is not available for all accounts. You must apply for this replenishment method. Note: You must submit a request to the account manager to apply for a voucher template with the amount variable. The total amount of a template is equal to the total amount of vouchers that are allocated to the main account. You can share the voucher’s quota from the main account to the linked account.

For the account balance replenishment method, you can transfer funds either from your own account balance or from other linked accounts that are in the same enterprise as the current account as shown in the following figure. However, you cannot transfer funds between partners.

3

The withdraw operation is contradictory to the transfer operation. The amount that you can withdraw cannot exceed the amount that is transferred. If you specify a linked account to transfer funds, these funds are returned to the linked account rather than the main account.

4

Note: You must perform transfer operations based on business requirements. You cannot withdraw funds or transfer these funds again. You cannot perform a transfer on the basis of a test. In addition, you must follow withdrawal rules. The amount that you can withdraw cannot exceed the amount that you have transferred. You cannot withdraw transferred funds.

3. List of transfer and withdraw records

On the Funds Transfer tab, you can specify a time period to generate a list of transfer and withdraw records.
