    Tablestore:What do I do if the "OTSTrimmedDataAccess Requested stream data is already trimmed or does not exist" error message is returned when I use Tunnel Service to consume data?

    Problem description

    The following error message is returned when I use Tunnel Service to consume data:

    [ErrorCode]:OTSTunnelServerUnavailable, [Message]:OTSTrimmedDataAccess Requested stream data is already trimmed or does not exist.

    Possible cause

    Data is not pulled for a long period of time and Stream logs have expired.

    Note

    Stream logs are retained for up to seven days. The storage duration of incremental logs for tunnels is the same as the storage duration of Stream logs.

    Solution

    Important

    If you estimate that the tunnel cannot consume full data within seven days, contact Tablestore technical support.

    Create a new tunnel for the data table and use the tunnel to consume data. For more information, see Create a tunnel and Use Tunnel Service.
