Certificate Management Service:Can I install a single-domain SSL certificate on multiple servers?

Last Updated:Feb 06, 2024

Yes, you can install a single-domain SSL certificate on multiple servers. If the services that are deployed on the servers use the same domain name and the domain name is resolved to the IP addresses of the servers, you can install a single-domain certificate to which the domain name is bound on the servers to support HTTPS access. In most cases, a single-domain certificate is installed on all backend servers of a load balancer or only on a load balancer. If the certificate is installed on a load balancer, the load balancer transparently distributes HTTPS requests to the backend servers.
