ALB resource packages are prepaid plans from Application Load Balancer (ALB) that automatically offset the LCU (Load Balancer Capacity Unit) fees and instance fees generated by ALB after they are purchased and take effect. Compared with the pay-as-you-go billing method, ALB resource packages offer greater discounts and allow you to flexibly set the effective time of an ALB resource package based on your business needs, which makes them ideal for enterprises with fixed budgets.
Benefits
Ready to use with no extra configuration
After the resource plan takes effect, it automatically offsets fees. You do not need to configure it manually.
Multiple sizes to meet your needs
A variety of resource plan sizes, from 1,000 to 100,000 LCUs, are available to match your workload. You can purchase multiple resource plans to meet the needs of businesses of all sizes.
Cost savings
ALB resource plans are more cost-effective than the pay-as-you-go billing method, and the larger the plan, the lower the unit price. By combining ALB with ALB resource plans, you can save on network costs.
