Important

Plan ahead and submit the Sandbox refresh request as soon as possible. If a Sandbox refresh request is not completed by 00:00 (UTC+8) on the cutoff date, it will be reset and refreshed as a non-preview instance. The org will not be included in the Sandbox preview.

Submit the Sandbox refresh request after the cutoff date.

Warning

A Sandbox refresh deletes the data in your current Sandbox tenant org and replaces it with a copy of the production tenant org. Before you submit a Sandbox refresh request, save any unique configurations or data from the current Sandbox tenant org.

Submit the Sandbox refresh request before the cutoff date.

No action is required. Your Sandbox tenant org will remain on the current major version.
