SAE real-time logs display only the latest 500 lines of log information. To meet more advanced query requirements and to centrally manage and analyze logs, you can collect application file logs (from log paths in containers) and container standard output (stdout) logs and send them to SLS or Kafka.
Set up log collection to SLS: When you enable log collection to SLS, SAE automatically configures log collection during deployment and scale-out. You can then search for logs by keyword in the SLS console.
Set up log collection to Kafka: After you enable log collection to Kafka, you can ship data from Kafka to other persistent stores, such as Elasticsearch, to meet your business needs.
