You can modify the name, description, and document of a custom access control policy based on your business requirements. If you modify the document of a custom access control policy, the modification immediately takes effect on the folders and members to which the policy is attached.
Background information
A system access control policy cannot be modified.
Procedure
Log on to the Resource Management console as a management account.
In the left-side navigation pane, choose .
On the page that appears, click the name of the custom access control policy that you want to modify.
On the policy details page, click Modify Policy in the upper-right corner.
On the Visual editor or JSON tab, modify the policy and click OK.

In the dialog box that appears, change the values of Name and Description and click OK.
